Grouse Mountain

Whether you choose to undertake the famous Grouse Grind or opt for the scenic Skyride to make your way to the top, a visit to Grouse Mountain will impress with the incredible views of the city. Year round residents of the area include the Great-horned Owl, Bald Eagle, Chestnut-backed Chickadee and Sooty Grouse, so keep an eye out for them no matter what season you visit. Summertime allows access to a number of hiking trails where you may encounter some of the other 99 species in the area.
